Please welcome Chica to WWR! This pint sized, 31 lb peanut, is a dog friendly gal who found herself in an overcrowded southern shelter. Chica is a social and playful gal, a definite social butterfly, and belly rubs and being lazy are her thing. She is believed to be around on year of age and has excellent leash skills.
